Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you suspect a part may be faulty, please contact us so we can arrange for testing. If the goods are found to be faulty, we can offer you a refund, a replacement, or a credit note, depending on your preference. For any replacement parts sent out before the return of the “faulty” goods, payment may be required. However, if, after testing, the goods are found not to be at fault, we regret that we might not be able to accept them back. In specific situations, we may consider providing a credit note for the value of the goods.
